Kellie Stokes – Attorney at Law
Kellie Stokes is sole practitioner of Stokes Law Office, PLLC. In her practice she assists clients with estate planning, probate, small business development and real estate matters.
In the real estate area of her practice she serves as the fee attorney and an escrow officer for Lewisville, Coppell, and Frisco TX Freedom Title offices. Additionally Kellie serves as independent corporate counsel for all Freedom Title Corporate offices in the North Texas area. Kellie regularly teaches mandatory continuing education classes (MCE) to real estate agents. Kellie is a strong believer in giving back to the community. She served as chairman of the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2013 and remains an active member of the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and she serves on the Greater Lewisville Area of Realtors board as a legal advisor. Additionally Kellie serves as chair over the City of Lewisville Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone. In 2015 Kellie will begin a 3 year board appointment to the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County, Inc. Board of Directors.
Kellie’s undergraduate degree is from Southern Methodist University (1994) and she received her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (1998). In her free time Kellie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, real estate remodeling and sports.
Medea Richey – Office Manager
Freedom Title Lewisville and Frisco, and Stokes Law Office, are pleased to have on board our Office Manager, Medea Richey. She comes to us with over eight years of Real Estate sales experience as a realtor for RE/MAX DFW Associates. Medea also has experience in management for two international law firms, Baker & Botts, LLP and Jones Day, as well as the Texas law firm, Winstead PC. In addition to managing our office, Medea will also assist with marketing efforts.
Medea enjoys spending time with her family while traveling and fulfilling her love for the outdoors. When she isn’t traveling you might see her singing in a band at one of your local establishments. Last but not least, her dog Ty, or as she calls him – her 60 lb. toddler, is near and dear to her heart!
